You are at this page because you indicated that you currently do have Artera installed on your PC and would like to upgrade to the new Turbo/XL module.

There are two ways to uninstall Artera.

1) Find Artera Turbo located in your PROGRAMS list. Within the Artera folder, you should see "Uninstall Artera Turbo". Select this option, and follow the onscreen instructions.

2) Go to Control Panel, select Add/Remove programs and find Artera. Double click Artera Turbo and follow the onscreen instructions to remove the software.

After uninstalling Artera, you may find that you can no longer access web pages. This is an easy fix.  Open Internet Explorer, click TOOLS, then Internet Options. Select CONNECTIONS and then double-click on the default entry (StarLinX, or Black Board). Look for a check in the "USE PROXY SERVER" setting. If there is a check mark, remove it. This will solve that problem permanently.

Reboot your PC after you uninstall Artera. You have now effectively removed Artera Turbo software from your PC.

Now click here to request access to the new StarLinX Turbo/XL plug-in. Don't be deterred!! Its much better, and much easier!!
